Emma Sara Hughes

Lecturer in HRM, University of Liverpool

Emma Hughes is a lecturer in HRM at the University of Liverpool.

She started studying at Bangor Business School in 2011 where she gained a BSc in Management and Accounting, an MARes in Management and a PhD in Employment Relations.

Her current research interests include international employment relations, patterns of workplace cooperation/conflict and employee influence (union/non-union).

Her PhD study involved adopting an international cross-country comparative case study approach to compare employment relations in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
