C-FIT is the vehicle for the IoPPN to accelerate collaboration in research in order to maximise potential for experimental and clinical trials. The key focus areas are discovery to Phase II clinical trials in the areas of pharmaceuticals and digital technologies. We have strengths in these areas as an academic institution and as a centre of excellence for clinical research, but there is potential for growth in collaborating with industry to hasten the translation of our work towards patient benefit.
We work in the therapeutic areas of psychiatry, neurodegeneration/other neurological conditions and digit therapeutics and plan to achieve our goals in these areas through intelligent partnering, facilitation, triage (for funding), idea development, enhancing delivery of research to timelines and process logistics.
I have twenty- five years experience within the pharmaceutical industry with extensive knowledge in Psychiatry, Neurology, Infectious Diseases, HIV, Cardiovascular and Generic Contracting. Exceptional leadership, organisational, communication and problem resolution skills. My key skill is developing strategic partnership with academia and industry.
