Erkal Ersoy

I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Heriot-Watt University. I have also been the manager of the Centre for Energy Economics Research and Policy (CEERP) at Heriot-Watt University since 2015, an academic research group that is a result of collaboration and partnership between Heriot-Watt University and BP plc. As part of this collaboration, the CEERP team and I contribute to the company's Statistical Review of World Energy and Energy Outlook publications. My research interest are applied econometrics with a focus on time series, panel data econometrics, and energy economics.
