Errol Salamon is a Postdoctoral Teaching Associate at the University of Minnesota in the Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Salamon is co-editor of the book Journalism in Crisis: Bridging Theory and Practice for Democratic Media Strategies in Canada (University of Toronto Press, 2016). His research has been published in New Media and Society, Journalism Studies, Journalism Practice, Digital Journalism, tripleC: Communication, Capitalism & Critique, and Canadian Journal of Communication. He is also a contributing editor at J-Source. He received his Ph.D. in Communication Studies from McGill University.
