Eugenio is a lecturer at Royal Holloway, University of London. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of Modena (Italy), a PG Cert. from the University of Bologna (Italy) and his LL.M. from the LSE. He has recently submitted his PhD at City, University of London.
Eugenio is a qualified Italian lawyer specialised in business and corporate insolvency law. He is an active member of several leading institutions in the field, including INSOL International, INSOL Europe and the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association [UK].
Eugenio’s main areas of interest are the theoretical and conceptual underpinnings of corporate insolvency law and the impact of artificial intelligence on insolvency practice.
Eugenio has taught subjects like Company and Contract Law, English Legal System, European Union Law and Corporate Insolvency Law in different institutions. His current teaching responsibilities include Foundation of the Law of Obligations and Company Law.
