Associate professor of finance, Pôle Léonard de Vinci

Fatima is a dedicated academic and finance professional, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Finance at EMLV business school in Paris. Throughout her career, she's held roles as a postdoctoral researcher at Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and as a research fellow at HEC Paris, at the Private Equity Observatory. Additionally, she serves as a lecturer at Paris-Saclay University and an associate researcher at Paris-Est Creteil University.

Her academic journey has been guided by her passion for finance, leading her to earn a Ph.D. in Finance from Paris Saclay University and an HDR (Habilitation A Diriger Des Recherches) from Clermont Auvergne University. Her research interests span a wide range of topics, including Entrepreneurial and Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Sustainable and Climate Finance, and (Green) Innovation.

Beyond academia, Fatima is a certified expert in microfinance, having earned accreditation from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Her commitment to financial inclusion extends globally, as she has taken on the role of a trainer for the Microfinance Network in the Middle East region, collaborating on projects funded by the USAID program.
