In addition to her doctoral research into workplace cyberbullying in Australian organisations, Dr Lawrence has over 20 years in the military and public service and worked across Federal and local government organisations within the fields of policy development and program delivery for which she has received numerous awards. Dr Lawrence has a BA in Social Science majoring in HR development and management, together with a project management diploma.
