Francesca Strumia

Lecturer in Law, University of Sheffield

I hold a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from the University of Torino, an S.J.D. from Harvard Law School where I also completed an LLM, and a PhD from the University of Torino.
I am a qualified lawyer in Italy and in the State of New York. Prior to entering academia, I practiced law in London and Milan.

My research focuses on citizenship law and theory, immigration law in its comparative and international dimensions, and EU free movement law.
