Docteure en sciences sociales, associée au Cridis, Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain)

With thirty years of experience as a conference interpreter at the European level and twenty years of research in international social policies, I consider myself now to be a researcher and activist, continuing to scrutinize global discourses and policies, as well as participating in international resistance movements to neolioberal policies.

I have worked as lecturer at the Universities of Brussels (ULB), Ghent and Antwerp. I was the founder of a global network called Global Social Justice (www.globalsocialjustice.eu), initiator of a project for social commons (www.socialcommons.eu) and a global charter for universal social protection rights (www.globalsocialprotectioncharter.eu)

Representing CETRI (Centre Tricontinental) in the International Council of the World Social Forum.
