Gabriela Tavella

Gabriela Tavella is a research assistant in the UNSW School of Psychiatry and has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from UNSW. She is a member of Professor Gordon Parker’s research team based at the Black Dog Institute, and is involved in research examining the aetiology, assessment, and treatment of bipolar disorder and depression. Gabriela has worked previously on research investigating learning and memory, as well as the symptomatology and treatment of anxiety disorders. She also has experience assisting children with autism spectrum disorder and adolescents suffering from a range of mental illnesses.
