Gabrielle Lindsay-Smith

Gabby is a Research Fellow in the School for the Visitor Economy at Victoria University. She specialises in tourism destination and organisational resilience to crises such as bushfire, pandemics or flood. She has a background in public health and physical activity and particularly enjoys exploring health, wellbeing and social capital aspects of tourism resilience using a systems-based approach. She has published six journal articles in the fields of physical activity, wellbeing and ageing, with another two tourism articles currently in press.
