- Currently in final year of Phd, which investigates how stress in the aid sector is shaped by identity, and how nationality, gender, culture and religion influence behaviour and experiences in the sector

- One year ethnographic field research in Kenya, conducting interviews, focus group discussions and joint learning workshops with Kenyan and expatriate aid professionals

- 15 years experience working for international and local development, humanitarian and human rights organisations in countries including Uganda, Kenya and Palestine, focusing mainly on research, advocacy and capacity building

- MA Human Rights Law

- Currently working as a consultant on human rights advocacy programmes
