Associate Lecturer, Law School, UNSW Sydney

Gemma McKinnon is the UNSW Law Aboriginal HDR Fellow. Gemma’s research considers the NSW public housing system in the context of human rights and administrative law principles.

Gemma was awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2012 and travelled to universities in the USA, Canada and New Zealand to learn about admissions and support programs for Indigenous law students. This area of interest continues at UNSW through involvement with the faculty’s Indigenous legal education programs.
