Dr Geoff McDonnell is a trained physician and engineer. Geoff has spent four decades trying to use computers to make a difference in health care at many levels in the health system, from protons to politics.

He researches, teaches and consults in building computer models of health problems, often with an information and communications technology component.

He is currently working as a Simulation Research Fellow at the Centre for Health Informatics and The Dementia Collaborative Research Centre at UNSW.
