Adjunct Professor of Law, Macquarie University

George is well known for his human rights work with refugees, former Immigration detainees and Indigenous peoples. He co-founded the National Justice Project in 2016 with Dan Mori (David Hicks lawyer). As the principal solicitor of the Project his work involves using the law in ways that support and advance social justice and human rights in Australia. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Macquarie University and the University of Technology in Sydney
