Gordon J. G. Asmundson

Professor of Psychology, University of Regina

I am a Registered Doctoral Psychologist and Full Professor of Psychology at the University of Regina. He received his doctorate in Psychology from the University of Manitoba in 1991, completed postdoctoral training from 1991-1993, and in 2005-2006 trained as a Beck Scholar at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research. I am also Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Anxiety Disorders and Clinical Psychology Review, past Editor-in-Chief of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Examples of career awards include Fellowship in the Royal Society of Canada and investiture in the Saskatchewan Order of Merit. I have published more than 340 peer-reviewed papers, 70 book chapters. 9 books.
