Grace Augustine

Dr. Grace Augustine is an Associate Professor in Business and Society at the University of Bath School of Management in the UK. She received her MSc in Management from the University of Oxford and her PhD from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Grace's research specializes on how employees try to fight social or environmental injustices through their work. Grace has published in leading management journals with projects on sustainability management, technologies for climate change, and the organisation of abortion provision. Her latest ongoing work includes a project about climate quitting and a project on the Post Office Horizon IT scandal, looking at how victims of this scandal worked collectively to clear their names.
