Hanna Pettersson

PhD Candidate, Sustainability Research Institute, University of Leeds

Hanna is a conservation social scientist with a background in Global Studies and Human Ecology. Her PhD project “The Future of Human-Carnivore Interactions in Europe” explores the dynamics between returning wolves, managing authorities and rural communities in northern and central Spain. The research is centred on identifying the factors that enable mutual adaptation and how these can be reinforced in order to enhance coexistence.
