Hans van Dijk is a Dutch Associate Professor who has a keen interest in diversity, inclusion, and integration. Addressing these topics requires mingling scientific insights with moral values and individual and collective feelings and experience. Hans' research is well-known for advancing novel theoretical perspectives and insights on these topics by combining insights from management, social psychology, and ethics.
Hans obtained his PhD on diversity in teams in 2013 cum laude. Since then, he started working at the department of Organization Studies at Tilburg University in The Netherlands. He teaches on diversity, organizational development, and organizational change, and adopts an experiential learning approach in his classes. He has developed a number of exercises and serious games aimed at enhancing participants' comprehension of study material.
