Hassan Bencherif

Hassan BENCHERIF is Professor at Université de La Réunion, Reunion Island, France. He holds a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences from University Pierre et Marie Curie of Paris. He is a remote sensing expert and his research is in the field of atmosphere dynamics and variability, with a focus on ozone, aerosol and composition changes in the tropical stratosphere. Hassan Bencherif is PI of many international research and academic programmes in the southern hemisphere (with South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, Madagascar and Comoros).
