Hayley has been studying Nutrition for 5 years and is half way through a PhD. She aims to elucidate dietary patterns of takeaway food consumers in Merseyside and to identify novel metabolite biomarkers associated with takeaway/ fast food/ unhealthy eating.

Hayley is also a Registered Associate Nutritionist - 'Protecting the public and promoting high standards in evidence-based science and professional practice of nutrition.' She is based in Liverpool.
