Heather Schoenfeld

Heather Schoenfeld is an Associate Professor of Sociology and Law (by courtesy) at Boston University. She is the author of Building the Prison State: Race and the Politics of Mass Incarceration (University of Chicago 2018). Her research on mass incarceration and criminal justice in the United States has been published in top scholarly journals and funded by the National Science Foundation.
