Associate Professor, The University of Law

Helen Jenks is an Associate Professor at The University of Law’s Chester Centre. She qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and was in practice for 11 years prior to joining the University. She has also been a member of the Law Society’s Family panel and remains an Associate Member of the Family Lawyer’s organization, Resolution.

Helen teaches Family Law and practice on the LLB, LPC and PSC. She is co-author of the ‘Relationships, families and the law’ module of the Open University undergraduate Law course and is also a Chief Examiner in Family Practice for CILEX.
