PHD University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1977 in Physical Geography. Over 40 years experience teaching and researching atmospheric science, including climatology, climate change, air pollution, and air pollution management. Current major research foci particle air pollution, including chemistry and relationship to weather; climate and weather data analysis of the Eversleigh data set (1877-1922) from the New England Plateau.
