Hugo Pérez Hernáiz

Hugo Pérez Hernáiz is a Venezuelan sociologist and translator. He has taught at the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) and the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and remains on faculty at the UCV while riding out Venezuela's crisis in Spain. He received his doctorate in social sciences from the Universidad de Deusto.
