My research interests are mainly in the area of theoretical and empirical corporate finance, with particular emphasis on executive and non-executive compensation and financial contracting. The list of published and working papers is available here.

At ASU, I teach courses in Advanced Managerial Finance at the undergraduate level as well as a doctoral class in Corporate Finance Theory. I have also taught a doctoral class in Empirical Corporate Finance.
