Irene Bayiyana

I am a female Ugandan with a Masters Degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics from Makerere University. Currently, I am enrolled at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) to pursue my PhD in Economics and attached to one of the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI’s) projects (More-Milk project) in Tanzania for the purpose of my research under the supervision of Dr. Hepelwa (UDSM) and Dr. James Rao (ILRI). I will be defending my dissertation in October and hope to graduate in November 2018.

I have strong Agriculture educational background and over 6 years experience in research activities with the Department of Agribusiness and Natural Resource Economics (Makerere University).
