Early Career Researcher, Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN)

He is a Master's graduate in Food Science and Technology from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. After graduation, he joined as a researcher at the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Indonesia, and received the Best Employee Award upon finishing basic probation. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD degree in human nutrition and dietetics at the Poznan University of Life Sciences, Poland. He has published scientific articles in top-tier journals, a book chapter, and secured prestigious research grants in Indonesia and European countries. His research interests include food science, nutrition, and the bioavailability of compounds for health assessment, preclinical trials using cell and animal models, and human clinical trials.
