Ismael Ackah

I'm an Adjunct Lecturer at the Institute for Oil and Gas Studies, University of Cape Coast and the Department of Economics, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. I served as the Head of Policy Unit at Africa Centre for Energy Policy. I was the Technical Advisor (Energy and Petroleum) to Ghana's Minister for Planning. Currently, I serve as the Local Content Coordinator at the Ghana Energy Commission. I have consulted for the Natural Resource Governance Institute, IHS Markit, SNV, the United Nations University, World Education Inc Ghana, SEND Ghana, the Ghana Oil, and Gas for Inclusive Growth among others. My research interest include Petroleum Revenue Management, Political Economy of oil and gas, Renewable Energy Economics, Electricity Sector Governance
