Associate Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship, Auburn University

Jaclyn Koopmann researches work team processes, such as task-helping and climate; employee self-regulation, in particular as it relates to health and citizenship behaviors; and mistreatment within the customer service context. Her work has been published in such journals as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. She also serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.

In recent years, she has been recognized at national conferences and by Auburn University for her research achievements. Her work has also been cited in media outlets, such as U.S. News, The New York Post, and Fox News. Koopmann received her doctorate from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and joined Auburn's department of management in 2016.
