James Bilsland

Dr James Bilsland completed his PhD in Politics at the University of Glasgow in 2013. He is the author of the monograph 'The President, the State and the Cold War: A Comparison of the Foreign Policies of Presidents Truman and Reagan' published by Routledge in 2015.

His research interests include US foreign policy, US-Russia relations, US policy towards Northeast Asia, the US presidency, the Cold War and international politics.
