Research Associate in Musculoskeletal Biology, University of Liverpool

I am a mechanical engineer with a longstanding interest in human and animal locomotion. I've undertaken projects including how ear and tail morphology affect bat flight to how best to design prosthetic legs to aid efficient walking.

Currently, I am part of Evolutionary Morphology and Biomechanics lab at Liverpool, where our lab's projects range from understanding human walking on a variety of substrates (with and without footwear) to modelling the walking performance of dinosaurs.
