Research Fellow in Maritime Security, Coventry University

James A. Malcolm is Research Fellow in Maritime Security within the Centre for Trust, Peace and Social Relations at Coventry University. Educated at the Universities of St Andrews, Manchester and Warwick, his specific research interests lie in port and coastal security.

He serves as Course Director of Coventry University's online MA in Maritime Security (www.coventry.ac.uk/ma-marsec) and is currently the Co-Investigator of a two year ESRC seminar series examining the relationship between sustainable development and maritime (in)security (www.maritimeseminars.co.uk).
