James is a postgraduate researcher from the Nutritional Epidemiology Group at the University of Leeds, with main research interests in relationships between diet, lifestyle, and risk of chronic disease. His research focuses on identifying associations between plant-based diets, food and nutrient intakes, and hip fracture risk.

James received his BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and MSc in Nutrition from the University of Leeds.
