Jana Wendler

Jana is a Research Associate in Human Geography at the University of Manchester, and a freelance creative engagement practitioner. She has a background in cultural and urban geography, with an interest in urban experimentation and interdisciplinary learning. Her work focuses on connecting people with research using playful and creative approaches. She currently works on projects around green infrastructure and community participation in air quality research.

Alongside her research, she creates physical and digital games for public engagement through her social enterprise Playfuel Games CIC.
