Jane Davidson’s career has spanned the university sector, conservatory education and the music profession. Her interests are in arts and health, music psychology, music education, vocal performance and contemporary dance. She has written more than 200 scholarly publications and secured a range of research grants. She has worked as an opera singer and director. She is currently heading a research initiative exploring creativity and wellbeing at the Faculty of the Victorian College of the Arts and the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, The University of Melbourne.
