PhD Researcher in Tourism Studies, Leeds Beckett University

Jase Wilson is a PhD research student at the School of Tourism, Hospitality & Events, Leeds Beckett University. He is Currently investigating high altitude mountaineering tourism in an attempt to make a connection with dark tourism theories.

He has a MSc in Sustainable Tourism Development from the University of Girona, Spain, and a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Capilano University in Vancouver, Canada. He has worked in tourism development in Vietnam and Nepal, and participated in indigenous tourism research projects.
