Jason Brown is an academic focused on the design and delivery of careers and employability learning in the higher education curriculum at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. His research interests include the psychosocial factors that contribute to the development of graduate employability, evidence-based practice, and the changing role of career development practitioners. Jason is completing a PhD at the University of Southern Queensland where he is investigating a scale to measure students' dispositional employability. Jason has over 20 years' experience designing and delivering career development programs and services in higher education and employment services.
