Clinical Associate Professor, Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary

Jason Cabaj is a Public Health and Preventive Medicine (PHPM) physician. He works as a Medical Officer of Health for Alberta Health Services, and is the PHPM Residency Program Director and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Calgary. Dr. Cabaj’s practice has focused on creating healthy environments and advancing public health education, and he is involved in a range of research activities to inform public health practice and policy. Current responsibilities include leading provincial public health research and innovation teams that provide evidence to inform action and decision making throughout the organization and in the community.
