I am a fish biologist with a varied background in the aquatic sciences including fish ecology, pathology and aquaculture. I am currently involved with movement and survivorship studies of juvenile salmonids in riverine habitats.

The majority of my experience has focussed on elasmobranch ecology in near shore environments, and has included work with the manta ray, sawfishes and various species of shark in Indonesia, Australia and the USA. These past studies have included investigations into the efficacy of marine parks on the protection of manta rays, and potential influence of anthropogenic disturbances on critically endangered elasmobranchs.
