Jeffrey Craig

Professor Craig is Professor of Epigenetics and Cell Biology at Deakin University. His research goal is to use epigenetics and cytology to develop biomarkers of health and disease. He has established many longitudinal cohorts, including the long-running Peri/postnatal Epigenetic Twin Study, for which he is currently funded by the NHMRC. Jeff is also past President of the International Society for Twin Studies. In 2018, he established the multidisciplinary Gen(e)quality network. His broad aim is to develop ideas on the technical, ethical, legal and social implications of epigenetics research and testing. He is also an active science communicator.
