Associate Professor of Religion, University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh

Dr. Jeffrey Kaplan is an American academic who has written and edited a number of books on racism, religious violence, terrorism and the far right. He is an Associate Professor of Religion at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and is the Director of the university's Institute for the Study of Religion, Violence and Memory. Dr. Kaplan sits on the Executive board and serves as the Book Review Editor for sits on the Editorial Boards of the journal Terrorism and Political Violence. He recently co-edited and contributed an article to a Special issue of the Journal focused on lone Wolf and Autonomous Cell Terrorism.
