Jenn is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, Oxford University, and the Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown , Jennifer was a Public Interest Law Scholar and served as Executive Notes & Comments Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal. Upon graduation, Jenn clerked for the Honorable Stephanie K. Seymour on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Prior to earning her law degree at Georgetown, Jennifer earned a Masters in Business Administration at Balliol College, Oxford University. Jennifer was elected as a Rhodes and Truman Scholar while a cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Politics & Computer Science Engineering.

Jenn is admitted to the bar in Delaware, California, the District of Columbia, and West Virginia. She also is admitted to numerous United States district and appellate courts as well as the United States Supreme Court. Jenn's professional memberships include the American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, Delaware Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, and the California Bar Association. Her academic interests focus on health care law and policy and veterans legal issues.
