Jenny Mallon

I am a Marine Biogeochemistry PhD candidate at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, in collaboration with the National Autonomous University of Mexico. I investigate the metabolism of Caribbean coral reefs by measuring the physiological processes of corals and algae, and analysing carbonate chemistry of seawater.

Since 2015 I coordinated a reef restoration program in Akumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico.a small coastal community of the Mexican Caribbean.
