I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Reading. I then moved to Canada to complete my master's degree in Health and Exercise Psychology from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. Since completing my master's I have worked as research coordinator at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan in the Health and Exercise Psychology Laboratory for nearly 5-years. I am currently a first year PhD student.
I have a interest in health behaviour change and my PhD will examine the utility of electric assisted bicycles (E-bikes) as a method of promoting active travel in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes.
