Visiting research fellow, University of Adelaide

Jessica Loyer holds an MA in Gastronomy from the University of Adelaide and Le Cordon Bleu, a BA in History from Barnard College, New York, and a PhD in Humanities/Food Studies from the University of Adelaide. Her research investigates contemporary food and nutrition culture, as well as seeks to conceptually connect food production and consumption through interdisciplinary social research methods.
