Jialin (Snow) Wu

Dr. Jialin (Snow) Wu is a Reader at the Huddersfield Business School, University of Huddersfield, the United Kingdom. As a behavioural research expert in the field of sustainable and digitalized service economy, Snow has a strong commitment to integrating elements of behavioural science, social psychology, information technology and human geography to improve quality of life and sustainability. Snow’s research interests encompass digital marketing, individual pro-environmental behaviour, sustainability issues in service economy and other business sectors. She is keen to investigate people, communities, cultures, economies, and their interactions with the natural environment across space and place. Her research appears in top journals such as Annals of Tourism Research, Tourism Management, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, Management Decision, Environmental Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, and etc. She also serves as Associate Editor for Journal of Sustainable Tourism and Editorial Board Member for Event Management. Dr. Wu has led or engaged in multiple interdisciplinary research and consultancy projects on sustainability and marketing. She is Steering Group Lead for Sustainable Travel and Tourism under Sustainable Living Research Centre and Future Mobility Lab in the UK.
