I am Chartered Organisational Psychologist, with a PhD, providing intervention in systemic, behavioural and unconscious drivers of organisational dysfunction. I now work in private practice and in my earlier executive career worked for organisations such as British Airways, Morgan Stanley, SwissRe, Hewlett Packard, Aviva, Prudential, Bank of Ireland and Rio Tinto. My practice is regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council and by Europsy and is also supported with an advanced accreditation in Employment Law.
