He strives to use the international business setting as a research context to make strong contributions to management and organization studies more broadly. Johann’s work has appeared in international business, organization, and human resources journals. He has received awards for his research, peer reviewing, and teaching.
Johann serves as Deputy Director of the BSc International Management, shares the role of Study Abroad tutor for the same program, and is a member of the Research Committee of KBS. Johann is module leader of the core undergraduate module International Business. He also teaches outside of King’s, including in ESCP Europe’s top-ranked Master in Management program.
