Johanna is Professor of People, Organisation and Work in the School of Management at RMIT University. Her research is on issues and institutions related to negotiation and facilitation of co-operation at work. She is co-author, with Mark Bray and Andrew Stewart, of Co-operation at Work: How tribunals can help transform workplaces (2017, Federation Press).
